Ricoh Ireland has been re-awarded the prestigious Business in the Community (BITC) Mark
Established in 2010 by Business in the Community Ireland, the Business Working Responsibly Mark (‘the Mark’) is Ireland’s Economic, Environmental, Social and Governance (EESG) standard. Independently verified by the National Standards Authority of Ireland, it is the standard for sustainability that goes beyond legal compliance by fostering a culture of responsible business through continuous improvement, ongoing accountability, and leadership. Organisations achieving the Mark are eligible to join the Responsible Business Association, a movement to champion and progress the Association ‘s collective sustainability impact.
To guide our progress, we have set clear and ambitious ESG targets aligned with the UN SDGs. Launched by the United Nations in 2015, the SDGs comprise 17 global goals which represent an urgent call to action for countries and organisations to unite in tackling social and environmental challenges.
