Ricoh shortlisted in the 2016 National Outsourcing Association’s Professional Awards

Ricoh shortlisted in the ‘Excellence for Business Process Outsourcing- Private Sector’ category at this year’s National Outsourcing Association’s Professional Awards 
IT services company, Ricoh today announced that it has been shortlisted in the 2016 National Outsourcing Association’s (NOA) Professional Awards. The company has been recognised in the ‘Excellence for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) - Private Sector’ category, for its work with risk management organisation, Aon. 

In its fourth year, the NOA Awards recognises the teams, organisations and individuals who have excelled in the outsourcing industry. This year’s shortlist includes a range of industry sectors and individuals with one key element in common- a drive to achieve success through outsourcing. 

Ricoh has a well - founded specialism in BPO, helping businesses to cut capital expenditure by reducing investment in assets needed to perform a service internally, increase the speed at which document-intensive processes are carried out and minimises document loss and information leakages. 

Ricoh will find out if it has been successful against other shortlisted entrants in its category, including EXL and Accenture Operations, in a ceremony held on 19th May 2016.
