Dublin, 20 August 2018Ricoh Ireland today announces that it will be hosting a business breakfast and seminar to discuss the findings of its latest report, entitled the Economy of People, which focuses on how workplaces have the potential to increase workplace productivity and improve economic trajectories. The event will take place at 8.30am on the 21st September at The Gibson Hotel in Dublin.
The seminar will delve into the seismic shift in the way people work and will explore how an ‘optimal office’ – which includes the alignment of company culture, employee workspaces and technology strategies – can significantly increase productivity levels and business performance for Irish organisations.
The Economy of People survey, conducted in 2018 by Oxford Economics, found that Ireland could unlock €3.4 billion in untapped GDP if organisations were to optimise their workplaces by providing up-to-date technologies, embracing ethical business practices and enhancing office workspaces. The research also found that over a third of Irish businesses are planning to spend between 5% and 10% of their total operating costs on office modernisation initiatives in the next year.
The event will bring together experts in digital transformation and workstyle innovation, as well as guest speakers who have successfully implemented bespoke strategies around their people, workspace, processes and technology to create a cohesive and effective workstyle, making their companies fit for the future.
Business leaders who want to unlock this untapped potential and achieve growth for their own organisations are invited to attend to gain invaluable insights and find out more about the tools and processes required for office modernisation and optimisation.
