The Company:
Exyte is a global engineering company specialising in the design and delivery of high-tech facilities for industries including semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and data centres. Following significant growth in Ireland, Exyte established its Northern European headquarters in Leixlip, bringing teams together into a modern, centralised workspace designed to support collaboration, innovation and complex project delivery across the EMEA region.
Challenge:
After consolidating multiple offices into a new headquarters, Exyte needed meeting spaces that supported seamless collaboration both in-person and remotely. However, existing meeting room technology was inconsistent, complex and unreliable, leading employees to avoid using it altogether. Poor audio quality and difficult user experiences undermined hybrid meetings, reducing confidence in the technology. Exyte required a simple, standardised solution that would remove friction and enable effective collaboration across teams and locations.
Solution & Benefits:
Ricoh partnered with Exyte to deliver a standardised AV solution across 13 meeting rooms, aligned with its global workplace strategy. Intuitive Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and improved audio-visual design created a consistent, easy-to-use experience. Employees can now join meetings quickly and collaborate without disruption. As a result, meeting rooms are widely adopted, hybrid collaboration has improved significantly, and teams can communicate more effectively across locations.
“People aren’t scared of our technology any longer. They now use the meeting rooms and collaborate much better and more effectively than before.”
