If defects are covered by the existing warranty (please examine the complete warranty located on the software CD or contained in the package), you must notify Ricoh within the warranty period in order to receive repairs or replacements.

You will need to provide the proper document(s) showing your valid warranty. When returning your product to Ricoh or an authorized dealer for repairs, you will need to pay for the packing and shipping.
